Terrible I know that I have not been here keeping this going. Here is what has happened. I got all the way down to about 224 lbs this spring. Over summer with not being on my meds and not working out I gained back and am back at about 275. I joined the YMCA several weeks ago and have been working out hard using their activetrax program and have started steady weight loss again.<br />

I was born and raised in Ohio. I was a letterman all through highschool in basketball and track. I was a state qualifier for track all four years of my highschool career. I was an athlete.
