Day 22 :) 3 weeks!

I must not know how to count or something but today should be three weeks since I've decided to change. As of this AM I'm down to 262.6 (-18 lbs) and I've lost 4 inches off my hips!!!! Only 100 more pounds to go! I'm hoping to make it to at least 250 by the end of the month.

Day 10 Food Diary and Blog

AM weight- 266.6 (lowest yet :))
PM weight- 265.8

Nothing like waking up in the morning to a scale with a slightly smaller number. Yesterday I took it easy and only did an AM workout because I was so sore but today i'm going to try to do at least my normal two. I really want to hit 260! my goal by the end of the month is to be at least 250 but I'm really hoping it might be less... Heres to staying strong!

Day 8 Food Diary and Blog

Hopefully all this working out shows up in tomorrows weight since it didnt show up in todays

Its officially been a week this morning since I started dieting and working out. I'm officially down 10 lbs. It would of been more but I cheated a little bit when i was out of town and didnt get to work out every day. Officially back to the grind today :)

Breakfast- Yogurt and String cheese 160 Cal
Lunch- Chicken Breast and half can of soup 220 Calories
Workouts! Hit it hard today to make up for the last few days :)
Intake- 380 Calories
Burned 565 Calories

No updates from today. It was Monday back at work and I got really busy doing office stuff and had to go out sampling.

Day 6 Food Diary and Blog

Was really thirsty last night from the heat of the dog show all day. So i drank 3 waters and a large gatorade. So i think I have a bit of fluids back in me. Should be gone by the end of the day i hope :) today is a travel day back from the dog show so we wont have much going on.

Monday starts back to the grind of working out hard!

Day 5 Food Diary and Blog

No weight loss today. we went to lunch/breakfast at the village inn. I did good and got a two egg white omlet with low fat mozzarella cheese and fruit. Apparently it was enough to stunt my weight loss though and I didnt get a chance to work out because we were at the show all day.

but i still feel great and im very motivated to keep going

Didnt sleep much last night. Steph and her friend got in late to the hotel and we stayed up super late talking. I couldnt sleep well anyways because of the medicine! I feel GREAT today and I'm ready to go to the show.

Breakfast- Apple and an Orange

Dinner- no clue how many calories
Well we all went out to dinner last night. Before we left I was under 270, but when we came back i was up to my morning weight. I had some steak. a few bites of potato.. some of my salad, and some onion blossom :) It was really good but i had a hard time eating too much just had a few bites of everything.
